ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in Cali, Colombia, where I completed my Bachelor of Architecture from the prestigious Universidad del Valle.

In 2004 after completing my Master’s in Barcelona and while gaining vital hands-on experience, I accepted an exciting job opportunity in New York City. In that role I managed a diverse range of projects, including single family and multi-family residences, and commercial projects.

In 2012, I joined the renowned firm Stephen B. Jacobs Group, also based in New York City. In there I was an integral part of the team converting a landmark building in Wall Street, previously owned by a large insurance company into more than 600  residences. I also collaborated with Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects on “Trinity  Church”, a mixed use  building with office space in Manhattan.

In 2016 my husband and I decided to take a year off to travel around the world, visiting 152 cities in 17 countries in 5 continents. After experiencing so much of the world, we fell in love with Lisbon, Portugal; and we decided to settle there for one year to learn Portuguese.
